Freestyle Cycle is a low impact, high intensity style of training where YOU control the workout. You will be taken on a journey of hill climbs, racing and flat riding to the beat of the music which increases your heart rate, builds strength, endurance, fitness and stamina. Every ride is different as it challenges you to push past barriers with motivating music helping you along. Each class you will leave feeling accomplished and wanting more!
H.I.I.T – High Intensity Interval training at its best! A challenging Circuit style training session where you can work at your own pace or challenge yourself each & and every time!
A.B.T – A freestyle program to increase tone & strength. Targeting your butt, abs and thighs. Suitable for all fitness levels.
Try our Pilates class which is a low impact form of exercise, emphasising core strength, flexibility and strength training. Combining muscle control with breathing techniques to develop all over body tone and flexibility.
We have a wide range of Les Mills classes to get the blood pumping to funky music and awesome choreography; try our BodyCombat, BodyPump or BodyBalance classes.
Our Mature Movers is a fun, motivating and lightweight class that supports clients wanting to begin their health and fitness journey later in life – age is no barrier!
